	B.S. in Petroleum Engineering, University of Missouri-Rolla, 2000.  Ashley was a Senior Engineer with ExxonMobil Production Company before joining NSAI in 2006.  He has extensive experience in reserve coordination and planning and in using reservoir simulation and material balance models to optimize field developments, specifically in deepwater oil fields.
