	B.S. in Petroleum Engineering, Texas Tech University, 2005. Ben was an operations engineer at Merit Energy Company before joining NSAI in 2007. In addition to his experience in drilling and completion techniques, Ben has experience with CO2 injection, waterfloods, and other enhanced recovery projects in Colorado, West Texas, Wyoming, and Michigan.
