	M.B.A., Southern Methodist University, 1994; B.S. in Civil Engineering, University of Kentucky, 1981. David was a Reservoir Engineering Manager and Investor Relations Manager at Maxus Energy Corporation and a Reservoir Engineer at Exxon Company, U.S.A. before joining NSAI in 1997. He conducts technical analyses for domestic and international projects, including reserve certifications and exploration resource assessments, and has specific expertise with CO2 floods and other enhanced recovery projects.
