	B.S. in Chemical Engineering, Rice University, 2002.  Before joining NSAI in 2006, Neil worked at ExxonMobil Production Company as a Senior Engineer.  His experience includes oil and gas reserve estimation, prospect evaluations, well deliverability and optimization studies, workovers and completions, and economic evaluations utilizing both deterministic and probabilistic methodologies.
