	B.S. in Petroleum Engineering, Texas Tech University, 1982. Randy joined NSAI in 1983. His work includes project coordination, technical analyses and studies, and property evaluations for sales, acquisitions, and reporting to the SEC. Areas of domestic expertise include the Rocky Mountain, Mid-Continent, Texas, and Gulf of Mexico regions. Areas of international expertise includes Mexico's Northern, Southern, and offshore Bay of Campeche regions.
