	B.S. in Petroleum Engineering, Texas A&M University, 2001. Before joining NSAI in 2008, Shanna held positions at BP and Burlington Resources/ConocoPhillips.  Her areas of experience include onshore Louisiana, Rockies, and Deepwater Gulf of Mexico, with specific strengths in workover operations, fracture stimulation design, production forecasting, and development drilling and workover opportunity evaluation.
