	B.S. in Aerospace Engineering, University of Texas at Austin, 1967. Steve has been with NSAI since 1983. Before that, he was V.P. of Engineering with Railhead Energy Company, a consulting Petroleum Engineer with NSAI from 1972 to 1981, and a Staff Engineer with Exxon Company, U.S.A. Work includes evaluation of oil and gas reserves and analysis of companies' operations to prepare reports for use in acquisitions and mergers, short- and long-term financing, and litigation proceedings.
