	B.S. in Chemical Engineering, Texas Tech University, 1972. Prior to joining NSAI in 1978, Tom served as a Senior Engineer with Exxon Company, U.S.A. In addition to performing field studies, evaluations of secondary recovery projects, property evaluations for sales and acquisitions, and prospect evaluations, Tom has significant experience in coordinating large domestic and international reserve evaluation projects. Many of the projects have involved placement of reserves-based equity offerings or reserve reporting to various government and financial institutions.
