	B.S. in Petroleum Engineering, Texas A&M University, 2002. Tommy was a reservoir engineer at BP Alaska (Prudhoe Bay) and BP Houston (deepwater and shelf Gulf of Mexico) before joining NSAI in 2006. His work includes production forecasting, reserve evaluation, development drilling, and operations/facility optimization, with specific expertise in both waterflood and enhanced recovery projects.
