	B.S. in Chemical Engineering, University of Nevada, 2001. Prior to joining NSAI in 2005, Wayne was a reservoir engineer for Amerada Hess Corporation and ExxonMobil Production Company. He has experience in reserve estimation, integrated production modeling, enhanced recovery projects, deliverability studies and optimizations, prospect evaluations, and economic evaluations utilizing both deterministic and probabilistic methodologies.
